MISSION

We are here to help Veterans, First Responders, and their Families transition from active duty to being stable and healthy members of the society they have served so nobly.

VISION

The Veterans Navigation Center connects Veterans to expert case managers familiar with the complex landscape of Veteran benefits and resources. The consultations are complimentary to the Veteran.  The case manager will assist the Veteran in obtaining resources.

ABOUT US

The cumulative decades spent in service to Veterans in San Diego highlighted to our founders the need for this type of service to help Veterans transition from active duty.
